I cant believe myself... I haven't posted this blog for about 6 months!!Where's my challenge spirit for getting acquired English languige going?
Well the other day, I went to see the movie called "Death Note". It's Live Action movie based on the Japanese popurar manga series. It's actually divided into 2 parts. So there's 2 death note movies. The first one was released in June. Still now releasing. And second part will be released in October. To date, Death Note manga has sold 18 million copies. And when the movie was released, it topped the Japanese box office for two straight weeks. What a phenomenon!
When I see the movie, its really about Raito(A very intelligent young man who kill criminals using death note one after another for making the world better) and L(A mysterious smart detective)'s psychological battles. yeah, storyline was so intriguing. Characters also interesting. Although when I read the reviews on the Net, many ppl seems like dissatisfied it. I know the reason. Cause many ppl have already read the manga... And movie seems like much the same as it. Well at least I haven't read it. So somehow I hooked it!
In the movie, it ends with Raito's first meeting with L. I definitely want to see the next one!

I giggled when I saw the title "Cheshire's Happy Moment". I have a cousin that lives in Cheshire, England! Of course, she always hears jokes about the Cheshire cat. She has cats too. LOL :-D
I watched the "Death Note" anime on late night TV here in the USA and I read a few of the mangas. It is a very interesting psychological drama.
You said the boy with the Death Note is named 'Raito'? In English dubbed version they say his name is 'Light Yagami'. L is just L and Kira is just Kira. (I occasionally pick up a "Shonen Jump" and they explained that Kira means 'Killer'
What other anime/manga do you like? Maybe you could write a post about it?
